Did Not Attend and Cancel Policy
In order to better accommodate the high demand for appointments and reduce the number of missed or cancelled GP consultations, we will be implementing a charge for any appointments that are not attended or cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time. This policy is being put in place to ensure that all patients have timely access to care and to help us better manage our appointment schedule.
